What are menstrual cramps?
Many women experience pain or discomfort with their rules. In most, the pain or discomfort is not serious enough to interfere with daily activities or require special attention. However, for some women the rules are very disabling and problematic due to pain and the discomfort. What causes menstrual cramps?
The pains are caused by muscle contractions of the womb during menstruation .
The contractions are triggered by releasing substances called
prostaglandins that are actually a hormone produced by the innermost
lining of the womb (the endometrium).

The best thing you can do besides convinced that is not ill, is to maintain a good physical condition.
